Righetti had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They skirted past the Mission College Prep Royals 5-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-2 back in March.

Righetti saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tim DeVan, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Another was Graysen Cole, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Righetti now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Mission College Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Righetti beat the Royals by a score of 5-4 on Friday.
