Scottsbluff won against Alliance on Friday with 86 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Scottsbluff Bearcats took their game with ease, bagging an 86-56 win over the Sidney Red Raiders. The Bearcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Scottsbluff's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Nate Kelley led the charge by going 8 of 12 on his way to 22 points along with six assists and five rebounds. The match was Kelley's third in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Tre Boswell, who went 9 for 17 en route to 21 points in addition to six boards and four steals.

Scottsbluff's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-3. As for Sidney, their loss dropped their record down to 14-6.

Scottsbluff and Sidney should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Nebraska Rankings. Scottsbluff is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 71.6 points per game this season. Meanwhile, Sidney (ranked 47th) will meet Chadron (ranked 133rd) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
