Baseball Recap: Box Elder Find Success

Box Elder took a six-run defeat the last time they faced off against Northridge, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bees sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-8 win over the Knights on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bees.

The team relied heavily on Korbin Jeppesen, who went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Korver Smith was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.
