Volleyball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

Liberty managed to slip by High Point Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Red Devils lost 3-0 to the Grizzlies on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-10, 25-21.

Angie Demidovich was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 14 digs and two assists.

Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for High Point Academy, they pushed their record up to 9-11 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Liberty will take on rival Brashier Middle College Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, High Point Academy is set to square off against their familiar foe Landrum at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
