Basketball Game Preview: Seton Catholic Cougars vs. La Center Wildcats

Seton Catholic has won 18 straight games at home (dating back to last season), while La Center has won 18 straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Wednesday. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars challenge the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Seton Catholic knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 contests -- so hopefully La Center likes a good challenge.

Seton Catholic is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Columbia 100-51. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, La Center strolled past Tenino with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 63-45. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Beavers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

La Center's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Seton Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 16-5.

Seton Catholic didn't have too much breathing room in their game against La Center in their previous matchup back in January, but they still walked away with a 66-60 victory.
