Canyon View got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ryder Miller out in front who threw for 168 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 30 yards. A healthy portion of that aerial production (81 yards to be exact) went to Trenton Ludlow, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Canyon View's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Ludlow and Asher Slack. Another thorn in North Sanpete's side was Cooper Urie, who picked up a sack and made eight total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Manti). They claimed a resounding 61-0 victory over Carbon at home. The win was familiar territory for the Templars who have now won three games in a row.

Maison Starkweather was his usual excellent self, throwing for 400 yards and eight touchdowns while completing 79.2% of his passes, and also rushing for 58 yards on only five carries.
