Basketball Game Preview: Seaforth Hawks vs. Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers

Seaforth has gone 7-0 against Bartlett Yancey recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Seaforth Hawks will venture away from home to face off against the Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers at 6:00 p.m. Seaforth is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.8 points per game this season.

If Seaforth beats Bartlett Yancey with 63 points on Monday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. Seaforth blew past Cummings 63-43 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hawks.

Seaforth was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in four consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, Bartlett Yancey lost to Chatham Central on the road by a 72-57 margin on Friday. The Buccaneers have struggled against the Bears recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Bartlett Yancey's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Seaforth, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-8.
