Will Daniel Goes Supernova in Basalt Win
  Will Daniel was instrumental in extending Basalt's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop  Daniel as he rushed for 192 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.1 yards per carry. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D,  making 12 total tackles and defending a pass.
 Coal Ridge had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw  Daniel it was a similar story. Daniel rushed for 132 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries the last time he and the Titans duked it out  back in October of 2023.

A Season-Best  Performance from  Andrew Palmaz Leads Aspen over Moffat County
  Andrew Palmaz produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Aspen to the win  on Thursday. Palmaz rushed for 73 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 The  win (which was Aspen's third in a row) raised their record to 4-2. Palmaz and Aspen will have some time to savor their  victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Coal Ridge at 7:00  p.m.  on October 25th.

Dylan Mika Makes It Two for Aspen
 Keeping Palmaz company is  Dylan Mika, a fellow Aspen player. He rushed for 98 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced a fumble and made five total tackles.
 For the year,  Mika  has run in 9 touchdowns while averaging 119 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after six games last season,  he had four  rushing touchdowns.

  Grayson Isenhart continued his hot streak  on Friday by dropping his 15th-straight game (dating back to last season) with  at least 13  total tackles. He made 28 total tackles (1.5 for loss).
 Isenhart must have Basalt's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in October of 2023 (the last time  Isenhart saw the Longhorns), he made 15 total tackles (3.5 for loss).

Basalt Gets a Boost from Tarallo in  42-7  Win
  Will Tarallo's big game helped extend Basalt's winning streak to six on Friday. Tarallo was unstoppable, rushing for 148 yards and a touchdown.
 Tarallo must have Coal Ridge's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in October of 2023 (the last time  Tarallo saw the Titans), he rushed for 172 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry.
