Soccer Recap: Birchwood Christian Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, Birchwood Christian has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They lost 3-0 to the Lumen Christi Archangels on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that Birchwood Christian have lost by exactly three goals.

Birchwood Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Lumen Christi, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Birchwood Christian will face off against rival Holy Rosary Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Lumen Christi is set to take on their familiar foe Delta at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
