Preview: Toms River East vs. Central Regional
The Central Regional Golden Eagles have enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they must head out on the road. They will square off against the Toms River East Raiders Friday.
Central Regional didn't have too much breathing room in their game with Manalapan on Wednesday, but they still walked away with a 40-34 win.
Meanwhile, it was a close one, but on Tuesday Toms River East sidestepped Toms River South for a 40-37 victory. The margin of victory was a little narrower than expected seeing as the Raiders are ranked places ahead of Toms River South in the rankings.
Their wins bumped Central Regional to 11-6 and Toms River East to 14-4. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when the Golden Eagles and Toms River East clash.
