Baseball Recap: Eastview Takes a Loss

Eastview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 9-1 to the Eagan Wildcats, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Eastview's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Eagan, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-6.

Eastview wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 6-0 defeat against Lakeville South on the 30th. As for Eagan, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 9-0 loss against Prior Lake on the 30th.
