Soccer Game Preview: Moss Point vs. Milton

The Moss Point Tigers and the Milton Panthers will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Moss Point has struggled recently with three defeats in a row, while Milton will arrive with three straight wins.

It was a proper cat-fight when Moss Point took on Greene County on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 6-0. That's two games in a row now that Moss Point have lost by exactly six goals.

Meanwhile, Milton kept a clean sheet against Crestview last Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 5-0 victory. Milton might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by five goals or more this season.

Milton's win bumped their record up to 6-4-1. As for Moss Point, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.
