Soccer Recap: King & Queen Central Takes a Loss

King & Queen Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the West Point Pointers, falling 8-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against West Point this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-2 back in March.

King & Queen Central's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for West Point, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

King & Queen Central has already played their next game, a 4-1 defeat against Westmoreland on the 9th. As for West Point, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against King William at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. The timing is sure in West Point's favor as the team sits on six straight wins at home while King William have been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
