Softball Recap: Palmyra Cougars vs. Bishop McDevitt Crusaders
Palmyra had taken Bishop McDevitt down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Thursday. Palmyra fell 8-4 to Bishop McDevitt. The Cougars have struggled against the Crusaders recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.
Emalyn Funck put in work while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and four unearned) runs off nine hits.
