Football Game Preview: Notasulga Blue Devils vs. Billingsley Bears + Official Tickets

The Notasulga Blue Devils will venture away from home to take on the Billingsley Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Notasulga's defense has only allowed 12 points per game this season, so Billingsley's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Billingsley will face off against a team with plenty of momentum: Notasulga extended their winning streak to three on Friday. The Blue Devils simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Ellwood Christian 46-6. The Blue Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 36 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 40 points the game before, Billingsley was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They were dealt a 42-0 defeat at the hands of Maplesville. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Bears were not able to get on the board.

Billingsley now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Notasulga, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Notasulga didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Billingsley in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 35-30 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
