Kendra Waldron made a splash, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Antwerp back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her 17th in a row with six or more strikeouts. For the year, Waldron has been strong no matter where she plays. On the mound, she has an ERA of 1.17 over 125.1 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat she has slashed 0.423/0.461/0.859 with 30 runs and 7 home runs.
