Softball Recap: Burton Comes Up Short

Burton lost to Lincoln back in April and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pumas came up short against the Mustangs, falling 29-16.

Burton's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Lincoln, they moved to 5-8 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Burton will take on rival Galileo at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lincoln is set to challenge their familiar foe Lowell at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
