Volleyball Game Preview: Gulf Buccaneers vs. Nature Coast Tech Sharks

The Gulf Buccaneers will take on the Nature Coast Tech Sharks at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Gulf is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Gulf saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Land O' Lakes.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Nature Coast Tech got the win against Central on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

While Nature Coast Tech might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Central scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-18, 27-25.

Gulf's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Nature Coast Tech, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Gulf might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Nature Coast Tech in their previous meeting back in September of 2018. Can the Buccaneers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
