Baseball Game Preview: Menomonee Falls Phoenix vs. Germantown Warhawks

For the second straight game, Menomonee Falls will face off against Germantown. The Phoenix will look to defend their home field on Thursday against the Warhawks at 4:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Menomonee Falls didn't have quite enough to beat Germantown and fell 3-2.

For Germantown's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carter Gordon, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

The victory (which was Germantown's fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Menomonee Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
