Recap: Aynor Blue Jackets vs. Pee Dee Academy Eagles
The Aynor Blue Jackets lost against the Pee Dee Academy Eagles back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Aynor fell just short of Pee Dee Academy by a score of 43-40. Aynor has struggled against Pee Dee Academy recently, as their game on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Several Blue Jackets players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Manny Frink, who scored 10 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shileek Nash, who scored 11 points.
Aynor has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Pee Dee Academy, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
Aynor will be playing in front of their home fans against Hannah-Pamplico at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday. Pee Dee Academy will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Wilson Hall at 8:00 p.m. on December 8th. Wilson Hall will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
