Zuni benefitted from Laweka in 8-7 defeat
Keanu Laweka posted yet another contest with one or more stolen bases on Tuesday. He was dynamite, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
Even though Laweka couldn't lead Zuni over Navajo Prep, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Zuni has some work to do to even out the 1-8 series between these two since May of 2019, but a win here would be a good start.
