Basketball Game Preview: Elkmont Red Devils vs. Brooks Lions + How To Watch

Elkmont is 0-9 against Brooks since December of 2015 but things could change on Monday. The Red Devils will take on the Lions at 1:15 p.m. Elkmont has given up an average of 50 points per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Elkmont came up short against Ardmore and fell 56-48.

Meanwhile, Brooks gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They came out on top against Red Bay by a score of 54-45. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won three in a row.

Elkmont's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Brooks, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.

Elkmont was taken down by Brooks 54-23 when the teams last played back in January of 2020. Can the Red Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
