Volleyball Recap: Garrett Morgan Comes Up Short

If Garrett Morgan was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Collinwood last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Falcons lost 3-0 to the John Marshall Lawyers on Wednesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2022.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-11, 25-10.

Garrett Morgan now has a losing record of 3-4. As for John Marshall, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Coming up, Garrett Morgan will host Shaw at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for John Marshall, they will head out to face off against East Tech at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
