Northeast never let their opponents score on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the East Iberville Tigers 41-0. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Vikings had established a 34-point advantage.

Jordan Sampson had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 104 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 42 yards and one TD. Samuel Ranel helped out on the ground, rushing for 96 yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Northeast was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 322 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 175 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Northeast's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for East Iberville, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Northeast will venture away from home to square off against Baker at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Vikings their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for East Iberville, they will square off against Donaldsonville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. East Iberville will need to watch out since Donaldsonville has now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
