Star City fell victim to DeWitt and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 6-0 to the Dragons. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Star City's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for DeWitt, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-3.
