Recap: Snowflake Lobos vs. Ganado Hornets
The Snowflake Lobos came tearing into Saturday's game with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They secured a 51-45 W over Ganado. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Snowflake also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Kinzee Brogan continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 30 points and 0 assists. Those 30 points set a new season-high mark for her.
Snowflake's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-3. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 22.27 points. As for Ganado, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Snowflake will be home for the holidays to greet Winslow at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Winslow is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak. Ganado will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Window Rock at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024.
