Softball Recap: Trinity Christian Extends Winning Streak to Three

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Trinity Christian had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They came out on top against the Madonna Blue Dons by a score of 7-4. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on three straight.

Josalyn Phillips was incredible, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run and three RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Moore, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Trinity Christian now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Madonna, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-5.

As of now, neither Trinity Christian nor the Blue Dons have any future games scheduled.
