Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fruita Monument). They breezed by the Grand Junction Tigers to the tune of 68-13 on Friday. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Fruita Monument had a senior duo take command as Olivia Campbell went 9 for 17 on her way to 21 points in addition to six rebounds and four steals and Mckenzie Mason went 8 of 16 en route to 22 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mason has scored all season. Hailee Wagner was another key player, putting up eight points and seven boards.

Fruita Monument's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Grand Junction, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fruita Monument will challenge Grand Junction Central at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grand Junction, they will take on Palisade at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
