RAYTOWN, Mo. - After trading leads two times,
Bolivar (Mo.) snatched the lead for good when
Rafe Peavey ran for a touchdown in the third quarter, paving the way for victory over
Raytown South (Raytown, Mo.) 29-14.
After taking the lead on a passing touchdown, the Cardinals went into halftime with a 14-7 lead. The Liberators took the lead for good with a Peavey touchdown run in the third quarter.
Peavey and
Kolby Follis ran for a bunch of touchdowns for Raytown South. Peavey scored two touchdowns on the ground and Follis added two as well.
Bolivar came into the game allowing 14.7 points per game.
With the win BHS extended its winning streak to three games.
