Football Recap: Dunbar Takes a Loss

The Dunbar Mightymen lost 28-6 to the Longwood Panthers on Friday. The Mightymen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dunbar's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Longwood, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Dunbar is set to square off against their familiar foe Solorio at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Longwood will take on rival Richards at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Panthers 9, the Warriors 5.3) so any points scored will be well earned.
