Basketball Recap: North Central Takes a Loss

On Thursday, the North Central Jets ended up a good deal behind the Johnston Speedboys and lost 48-30. The Jets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Central's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Johnston, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.

North Central will be playing in front of their home fans against Mid Peninsula at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Central is facing Mid Peninsula at the right time seeing as Mid Peninsula is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Johnston, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 58-31 win against Lake Linden-Hubbell on the 17th.
