York got themselves on the board against Berwyn/Cicero Morton on Tuesday, but Berwyn/Cicero Morton never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 14-0 victory. The Dukes not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since May 8, 2024.
Taylor McMillen tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over 4.2 innings pitched. Furthermore, she didn't allow a single earned run, the first time she has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024.
At the plate, York let Emily McNichols and Lillianah (Lilly) Burda run wild.
