Football Game Preview: Station Camp Bison vs. Portland Panthers + How To Watch

The Station Camp Bison will challenge the Portland Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Station Camp will be strutting in after a victory while Portland will be coming in after a loss.

Station Camp is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Hunters Lane 51-20. The Bison haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Station Camp didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Nate Graham and Collin Gillispie. Will Stevens was another major factor on D, making nine total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, Portland played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Beech 41-7. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Panthers, who until this game were averaging 13.67 points allowed.

Station Camp's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-5. As for Portland, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-4.

Station Camp was able to grind out a solid win over Portland in their previous meeting back in October of 2022, winning 21-14. Do the Bison have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
