Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-0 to the Rison Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-0 on April 4th.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Rison, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

Central will square off against Forrest City at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Rison, they will head out to face off against Bauxite at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
