Basketball Recap: Red Oak Makes It Eight in a Row on the Road + How To Watch

If South Grand Prairie wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Red Oak, they should've done a better job of containing Kerric Bradford. The Hawks walked away with a 53-41 win over the Warriors on Tuesday with plenty of help from Bradford, who shot 67% from the field on his way to 20 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. He has become a key player for Red Oak: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least 20 points, but 3-4 otherwise.

The team also got some help courtesy of Devan Kirk, who posted two points along with 12 rebounds, six assists, and three steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last six games he's played.

Red Oak's victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-5. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.6 points over those games. As for South Grand Prairie, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Red Oak will welcome South Oak Cliff at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
