Volleyball Recap: St. Charles Takes a Loss

St. Charles was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the La Crescent Lancers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Fighting Saints of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

St. Charles' defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for La Crescent, their victory ended a seven-match drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-10.

St. Charles has already played their next contest (against Chatfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for La Crescent, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Zumbrota-Mazeppa on the 2nd.
