After losing to Shawnee the last time they met, Jeffersontown decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Jeffersontown Chargers put the hurt on the Shawnee Golden Eagles with a sharp 68-48 win on Saturday. The Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 20 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Jeffersontown and bumps their season record up to 11-4. As for Shawnee, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-9.

Jeffersontown has already played their next matchup (against Henry Clay), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Shawnee will challenge Iroquois at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Iroquois will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Shawnee surely won't give up without a fight.
