Lane Lease didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out eight over four innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with less than one walk. This season, he has an ERA of 3.75 over 9.3 innings pitched.
