After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Thunder Basin, South was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Campbell County Camels by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bison as it put an end to their five-match losing streak.

South was especially dominant in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-23, 26-24, 11-25, 25-14.

South's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-8 and their overall record up to 6-17. As for Campbell County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season.

South wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Sheridan on the 18th. As for Campbell County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Laramie on the 18th.
