Baseball Recap: Beaver's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Beaver lost against Indiana back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Beaver came up short against Indiana, falling 9-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bobcats have suffered since April 8, 2024.

Beaver saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Derek Hughes, who went 2-for-4 with one RBI.

Having lost for the first time this season, Beaver fell to 4-1. As for Indiana, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Beaver will head out to take on Hampton at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Beaver is facing Hampton at the right time seeing as Hampton is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Indiana, they will be playing at home against Highlands at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Highlands will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Indiana surely won't give up without a fight.
