Baseball Recap: Calabasas Takes a Loss

Calabasas and San Dimas squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Calabasas had to settle for second. They fell 6-1 to the Saints. The Coyotes have struggled against the Saints recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Calabasas' defeat dropped their record down to 17-12. As for San Dimas, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

Calabasas does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for San Dimas, they will square off against Colony at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Titans' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Saints' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
