Hamilton Christian won against Vinton last Friday with 48 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Warriors breezed past the St. John Eagles to the tune of 48-13. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Hamilton Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for St. John, their loss dropped their record down to 3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamilton Christian will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Grand Lake at 7:00 p.m. on October 9. As for St. John, they will venture away from home to face off against Covenant Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
