Softball Recap: Mount Everett Regional Eagles vs. Wahconah Regional Warriors
Mount Everett Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 25-0 to the Wahconah Regional Warriors. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 12-0 to the Warriors when the teams met back in May of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Mount Everett Regional saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aliyah Creamer, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. That stolen base marked the first that Creamer has snagged this season.
Mount Everett Regional's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Wahconah Regional, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-7.
Looking ahead, Mount Everett Regional is taking a road trip to square off against Monument Mountain at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wahconah Regional, they will challenge Lee at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
