Volleyball Recap: Atkins Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Atkins was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Mount Tabor Spartans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-8, 25-19.

Atkins' loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Mount Tabor, they pushed their record up to 8-12 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Atkins wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against North Forsyth on the 8th. As for Mount Tabor, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Glenn on the 8th.
