It was a good run, but Peoples Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell 60-49 to the Lamoille Lancers. The Wolves were not able to make up for their loss to the Lancers from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Peoples Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Lamoille, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Peoples Academy will challenge Montpelier at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Montpelier's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Lamoille, they will welcome Randolph at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lamoille is facing Randolph at the right time seeing as Randolph is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
