Leesville Road has gone a perfect 10-0 against Enloe recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Pride will venture away from home to challenge the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Leesville Road has eight straight victories, Enloe has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Leesville Road is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Sanderson on Thursday as they made off with an 18-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Pride, who have now won seven games by eight runs or more so far this season.
Avery Morton looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Landon Lewis, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and one triple. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Ty Furlow also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
Leesville Road always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .579. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sanderson only posted an OBP of .286.
Broughton hit Enloe with a five-run first inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Eagles came up short against the Capitals, falling 10-4.
Enloe saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Prithu Neog, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
Leesville Road pushed their record up to 14-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Enloe, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.
Enloe's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Leesville Road has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .478. It's a different story for Enloe, though, as they've only averaged .346. Will they be able to contain Leesville Road's hitters?
Everything went Leesville Road's way against Enloe in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, as Leesville Road made off with a 10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pride since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
