Basketball Recap: Manson Comes Up Short

Manson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 80-50 loss at the hands of the Okanogan Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 217th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 58th).

Manson's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Okanogan, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manson has already played their next matchup (against Cascade), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Okanogan will head out to take on Brewster at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Okanogan's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 12 contests.
