Baseball Recap: West Lutheran Comes Up Short

West Lutheran came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 15-1 to the Southwest Christian Stars. The Warriors have struggled against the Stars recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Ethan Fehrenkamp was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

West Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Southwest Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

As of now, neither West Lutheran nor Southwest Christian have any future games scheduled.
