Soccer Recap: North Central Picks Up Second Consecutive Win

North Central barely beat East Central the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Panthers never let the Trojans get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Saturday. North Central might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by three goals or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for North Central and bumps their season record up to 6-1-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matchups. As for East Central, they suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 6-2-1.

North Central didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Carmel on the 16th. As for East Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 5-0 win against Rushville on the 17th.
