Goodpasture Christian won the last time they faced The Webb School and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Cougars came out on top against the Feet by a score of 61-48. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

The Webb School's loss came despite strong showings from Philip Bang-Meyer and Chinom Chiemeka. Bang-Meyer posted 15 points, while Chiemeka put up eight points and seven rebounds. Bang-Meyer is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 42% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Carter Lampley, who earned seven points.

Goodpasture Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for The Webb School, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Goodpasture Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 68-61 win against Notre Dame on the 28th. As for The Webb School, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Silverdale Academy at 6:30 p.m.
